Pankaj Agrawal
- Extensive experience in Corporate Education and in Higher Education.
Associated with HCL Technologies for almost 2 decades as pioneer for many Learning initiatives. As Head of Learning Shared Services, played a key role in launching the critical learning initiatives across the organisation. Spent 4 years at NIIT Limited Bangalore as Head of Corporate Technical Training.
Teaching is her passion. She was full time faculty in University of Pune, MS Rammaih College of Engineering Bangalore, North Eastern Hill University Shillong and Kumaun University, Nainital, where she was teaching Core Computer Science subjects at Graduate and Postgraduate levels.
Her interest lies in architecting Learning Solutions, Instructional Design, Learning Pedagogies and Learning Technologies. She believes that the art of unlearning, learning and relearning are the key survival skills for the future. Towards this she motivates & innovates solutions to build a learning culture in organisations.
A Gold Medallist in B.E. (Computer Science, 1986) from MNNIT Allahabad and holds a PG Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Pune..
